Fitness, Cosplay, and You

I would like to do a panel about fitness and how it relates to cosplay, specifically approaching the subject for wishing to learn more about the subject and how they can go about the goal of being healthier in general while having cosplay as a motivating factor in accomplishing it (any reason to become healthy is a good one). Many themes will be touched on: my own backstory and relationship to fitness (as well as testimony from friends who have made similar fitness endeavors), weight loss vs. fat loss (and why the scale is the enemy), nutrition (and why it makes or breaks your goal), getting big vs. getting lean/toned, basic fitness and lifestyle principles, whether a person truly requires supplements for their goals, the right exercises for the right goals, fitness/nutrition myth busting, optimal gym/home workouts, fitness while injured/disabled, and ending off with a Q&A session.
