Budget Ballad Cosplay presents: 100below- How to Make your Cosplay Rock on a tight budget.
The cosplay duo, Budget Ballad Cosplay, is here to help you learn all the tricks and tips on how to make your cosplay accurate and mesmerizing for less than 100$. Ran by the duo themselves, Kitty-Blue and Seahorse. This panel is designed for cosplayers who are very detail-oriented and like to save money while still being creative and accurate in their cosplay and prop making. In this specific panel, we will go through the process of making Seahorse's first cosplay: Caius Ballad from Final Fantasy 13. (The cosplay focused on changes every time we do this panel, to keep it interesting.) We will then open a Q&A/talkback session, where the attendees can share how they made their cosplay and the cost it took to make it, as well as things they learned or discovered while doing so. We will end the panel with handing out a "10 steps to budgeting" guide that we have put together, and a slideshow of the cosplay's work in progress.
